This trip highlights some of the amazing bucket list destinations in this incredible South American country. From the majestic world wonder Machu Picchu, to Rainbow Mountain, Maras and Moray. This trip is all about adventure and you will share these experiences with a small group of spirited travelers from around the world.
I thoroughly enjoyed the time I spent in Peru and we have put together an experience which takes the stress out of putting all the many pieces together so that you can truly focus on having a one of a kind experience.

(If you are coming solo you will be paired with another solo traveler of your choice once you get to know the rest of the group)

Payment 1 - $280 January 15th
Payment 2 - $280 March 15th
Payment 3 - $280 May 15th

Payment 5 - $280 September 1st
Your trip can be paid off with monthly payments of $280 or in full. You can also pay for multiple months at once.
Sign ups will stay open until the trip is full. If you sign up late we will provide adjusted payment schedules for you to catch up on your monthly payments by September 1st.

OPTIONAL ADD ON
Join us for an additional 2 nights and visit one of the only Desert Oasis towns in the world.
Huacachina is a desert oasis in Southern Peru, located approximately 5 hours south of Lima, it is surrounded by palm trees and gigantic sand dunes, similar to those seen in the Sahara Desert in Africa.
Dates: October 4th - October 6th 2020
Price: $400
Deposit is $75
Balance can be paid out monthly or in full, more information will be sent to those who indicate interest when signing up.
You would arrive in Lima 2 days before the official trip starts and we would all head to Cusco together on the 7th
Includes - Accommodations for 2 nights, airport pickup, transportation to ICA from Lima, city highlights tour & desert dune buggy ride with sand boarding and a stunning desert sunset, lunch & snacks.

Everything from the pick up to the trains and guides are all sorted out in advance for you.
The train we will be taking is a panoramic vista dome train, you can enjoy unobstructed views of Peru as we venture to the foot of Machu Picchu.

If you are interested in the trip but can't make the dates, we can put together the same experience for you either solo or with your own group for your own dates. Find out more here.
Getting to Cusco
Your international flight will arrive in Lima, the capital city of Peru. You will then fly to Cusco to meet the rest of the group, this is where our journey to Machu Picchu and beyond will begin.
Flights from Lima to Cusco are usually around $40-$75 roundtrip if you book early.

PAYMENT PLANS FOR FLIGHTS?

Flights - from wherever in the world you’re joining us from.
Travel insurance - You are responsible for obtaining your own travel insurance. Travel insurance is not required but it is recommended, I recommend World Nomads. Nevertheless, it is your responsibility to research travel insurance companies in your location and select an insurer that covers any potential flight cancellations and/or medical coverage abroad.
Visas and vaccinations - Citizens of the U.S, Canadians & most other countries do not need a visa for Peru. Please use the resources linked below to confirm the appropriate visa requirements.

Spending money in local currency - for extra drinks, snacks, souvenirs, and lunch/dinners not included. I suggest bringing $150-$300 spending money during the trip depending on your spending habits.
Can I come alone or do I have to come with someone?
Either or! The great thing about These travel meet-ups is that it's a wonderful opportunity to connect with other like-minded travelers and make new friendships. More than half of our guests are coming solo and a few are bringing a bestie or two!
Weather in Peru in October
Oct/Nov is the middle of our spring so the weather is warm and bright without being too hot
For reference, on November 3, the hottest day of the year, temperatures in Cusco typically range from 43°F to 66°F, while on July 9, the coldest day of the year, they range from 32°F to 63°F.
If I change my mind, do I get a refund?
Because the accommodation and activities are paid for once you confirm your spot, all deposits are non-refundable 5 days after the payment is made.

Please note that the deposit is non-refundable and you have up to 7 days after payment is made to request a refund for all payments made towards the remaining balance after the deposit.
HOW MUCH FREE TIME IS THERE?
You have two afternoons/evenings of free time in the itinerary that you can use to relax, go out to explore, or go shopping. However, all activities in the itinerary are optional so you are welcome to skip something in favor of some extra downtime!
What methods of payment are accepted?
All payments must be made through the website using any major credit card, you will receive an automated invoice.
