This trip is all about ticking your bucket list experiences in Kenya. Explore Nairobi which is East Africa’s most cosmopolitan city. Besides that, enjoy the wondrous safari savannah, beautiful sunsets, the luxurious retreat at Africa’s 5* Safari Lodges, and feed endangered Rothschild’s giraffes and so much more. To add icing on the cake, we chose to visit Kenya in July for the Great Migration. Two million wildebeests, zebras, and antelopes migrate from Serengeti National Park to Kenya’s Masai Mara National Reserve, and it’s one of the most breathtaking sights we might get to see.
The diversity of game in Kenya is simply astounding. From the big five to the small five, Kenya’s game parks, reserves and other wildlife protection areas host some of the wildest game thus the reason why this is home for the safari. Dotted in their unique landscapes, geographical features, a vast array of game ensues.

If you sign up late we will provide adjusted payment schedules for you to catch up on your monthly payments by June 5th 2021.
The payment towards your trip can be paid out monthly or in full. You can also choose to pay for multiples months at once. You will be paired with another solo traveler or a friend if you bring one along.

GETTING TO KENYA
Your flight should arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (IATA: NBO, ICAO: HKJK), which is an international airport in Nairobi, the capital of and largest city in Kenya. This is where you will be welcomed by one of our representatives holding a signboard of your name and/or "Chidi Ashley Travels".

Travel insurance - You are responsible for obtaining your own travel insurance. Travel insurance is not required but it is recommended. I recommend World Nomads. Nevertheless, it is your responsibility to research travel insurance companies in your location and select an insurer that covers any potential flight cancellations and/or medical coverage abroad.
Visas and vaccinations – All guests are required to apply for Kenya visa prior to arriving in Kenya. Visa application is done online via eVisa. Single Entry Visa is the category for Tourists. Either or! The great thing about these travel meet-ups is that it's a wonderful opportunity to connect with other like-minded travelers and make new friendships. More than half of our guests are coming solo and a few are bringing a bestie or two!

The best time to visit Kenya is during the dry season, from late June to October, when wildlife viewing is generally at its best. The incredible wildebeest migration usually tramples during June and July.
For reference, in Nairobi, Kenya, in July, the average high-temperature is 22°C (71.6°F), and the average low-temperature is 9.2°C (48.6°F)
